We are a Canadian online store based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Our products are printed and fulfilled by Printful, with production primarily handled from their fulfillment center in Mississauga, Ontario (near Toronto).
Order Processing & Production Time
All orders are sent to Printful for printing and preparation. Production time is typically 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Most orders are produced within this window, though times can vary based on product type and current order volume.
Shipping Times
Once your order is printed and shipped, estimated delivery times vary by destination. Overall estimated delivery from the day you place your order is typically 4–30 business days, depending on production and shipping.
Shipping times are estimates only and include processing + transit. They are not guaranteed and can be affected by location, carrier volume, customs (for international orders), and holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, product type, and selected shipping method. We pass on Printful’s rates for the best available options.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships from Printful’s facility. You can track your package directly through the link provided.
Important Information
- All products are made to order in Canada. This helps reduce shipping times and costs within Canada and avoids many international customs issues for U.S. customers.
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as location, carrier volume, customs (for U.S. and international orders), and holidays can affect delivery.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- During busy periods (Black Friday, holidays, etc.), production and shipping times may be longer than usual.
